Improve the wellbeing in your company with wellness sessions at your workplace or virtually through a membership.

I am located in Aarhus - but I can also teach in Reykjavik & Copenhagen.

  • I offer companies classes in different yogastyles and forms of yoga. As I have myself, for many years, worked at a big corporate firm, I understand the demands, the speed and the stress around it, where you feel you do not have any time for selfcare to hold on to good health. I therefore, focus on convenient yoga for companies, where I come to you and facility requirements are minimal. The yoga I teach is for all levels, and I always adjust sessions to companies´ needs.

    • Office yoga during work hours/lunchtime, 20 min or 40 minutes class

    • Yoga flow classes 60 minutes (offered from 7 in the morning until 15 o´clock)

    • Kundalini yoga classes 60 minutes (offered between 7 and 15 o´clock)

  • I teach different meditation techniques, both as mindfulness practices you can practice at your home or where ever you are. Furthermore, I teach shorter practical meditation methods that are easy to grab and use during work hours, to lower stress & anxiety, sharpen your focus and clear the mind.

    • Morning mediation sessions 15-20 minutes (in person or online)

    • Meditation/breathwork sessions any time during work hours (offered from 7-15.30 o´clock) 15-20 minutes classes (online or in person)

  • As dancing in itself is such a wonderful way to get calm and mindful, where any type of dance form takes you away from the thoughts in your head and into your body, I feel obligated to include dance teaching in my mindfulness sessions for companies as well. I offer to companies, both during work hours, and for company events, 30- 60 minutes dance lessons in the following dance styles:

    • Mindful movements with breath and mantra music

    • Intuitive danceflow for energy releasing & emotional health

    • Couple dancing

    • Dance themes of different periods: 80´s, 90´s, Disco, hip hop etc.

    • Feminine latin

    • Bolliwood

    • A mix of yoga & danse and other mindful ceremonies

Why company wellness

During my 12 years in the corporate world, striving for career success, whilst juggling motherhood between two countries, I experienced a great deal of stress and exhaustion, which led to burnout in 2020. I realized how I had driven myself to that place with my mindset and my way of living. Because of how our fast societies have become, I was drowning in all kinds of expectations and demands I set on myself. A lot of this was in my own head, I only knew myself through other people´s eyes. I started to go within, opening my eyes to the importance of me taking care of myself first, before the job, family and everything else. I changed my direction completely. However, I have a great understanding of being in this position where you have huge responsibilities in taking care of your job and family, and feeling stuck. Like there is so much to do always and no time just to enjoy and not always feel tired and stressed. Today I strive for introducing healthy ways to stay balanced in the modern world so we can better tackle all the noice and demands the society throws at us. Most of us spend a great deal of time in the workplace, therefore I find it important to introduce and educate managers and employees about mindfulness and different techniques to improve work environment with calm and more wellness. In this way, companies are investing more in their most valuable resource, their employees, by contributing to their mental and physical health.
